Welcome to the Graduate Department of Nano-Fusion Technology (GDNFT) at Pusan National University.
GDNFT was established in 2006 as the graduate department of the College of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology with the goal of developing talented scientists and engineers who contribute to future technologies for industries in the 21st century.
We know that nano-fusion technology is highly diverse and interdisciplinary in nature. GDNFT provides interdisciplinary education in nanoscience, biotechnology, nanophotonics, nanomaterials, and microfluidics. Graduate students are studying a branch of engineering that deals with the fusion of mechanical, electronic, and materials engineering based on basic science (e.g. chemistry, physics, and biology).
GDNFT has 28 active faculty members and various research facilities, and is also carrying out projects for the Korean government (MEST, MKE, etc.) and several companies. We are going through endless changes under the goal of discovering new knowledge and cultivating the nation's next leaders.
