A Notice of Insurance Claim (only for purchaser of PNU group insurance)

We would like to inform the international students who purchased PNU group insurance of how to claim for insurance money & general coverage of the insurance.

Please note that medical institutions cannot figure out if foreign students purchased any insurance or not as the insurance you purchased is not ‘National Health Insurance’. When hospital staff ask you if you have insurance, they may indicate ‘National Health Insurance’. In this case you just tell them you purchased private company’s insurance individually.

Accordingly, in order to compensate for the medical fees you paid in hospital and pharmacy, first you should pay medical fees and then visit 1st floor of the office of international services in PNU with the documents to claim for insurance money.
